Recipe: Apple Cider Vinegar Wellness Tea

When you are feeling under the weather or are full-blown sick, this Wellness Tea recipe will have you up and running faster than you can say "I feel like hell, my sinuses are gross, my throat is tight and I feel like I've been hit by a bus". 

With so many health benefits, this stuff is seriously a miracle. Like anything, it's best to drink the tea when you first start to feel an illness coming on and it will take that shit out before it really starts. If you are already sick, drink 2-3 cups and I promise you will be sick a much shorter time than you would without it. 

The taste doesn't bother me but I am used to it. I know other people who don't love it. It doesn't taste like a comfy vanilla chai but you can play around with the amount of honey and lemon you put in it to flatter your personal taste buds a bit more.
